I have made a list of gear that in my opinion is the best you can get for raid healing, the list doesn´t inclued gear from any heroic mode instances because i wanted to show some gear that was fairly accessible.

World top hps table
Top 20 median hps in Icecrown citadel
This is the first hps table from Icecrown citadel it shows how high each healer can reach with the right gear and raid composition, the way it´s was made is that the guy over at WOL (world of logs) has taken the top 20 hsp and devided it to get the median hps, you can follow it here each week and see how close you are to the top.

Trauma and the resto druid
Trauma in Icecrown Citadel
After my first article “getting a new weapon – beyond patch 3.3 “ I have now got Trauma and the offhand Shadow silk spindle and done some testing on Icecrown bosses(- Lich King) in 25 man normal mode. Before Trauma was released my bet was one on the two staffs as our primary weapon of choice but after some changes to how it procs and the opportunity to test it myself it´s now a different story I´m about to tell.
